“I called for an estimate, and Jeff came to the house. I had several ideas floating around, not knowing what I wanted for sure and what my budget was. Jeff measured precisely and gave me estimates for several options. I finally went in to the store to narrow down my options, and Carla was so helpful and friendly! There was no pressure, no sales pitches, just a clear conception of wanting me to be comfortable in what I wanted, and suggestions were flowing! It was great. I knew this was the place to do the job for me, I did not look elsewhere.
